TO CLEAR THE MINDS: SELF-PRESENTATION OF THE UNA VOCE GROUP MARIA
by Reinhard Lauth † (transl. by Gladys Resch)
THE BEGINNING. The UNA VOCE group was started in 1965, when the introduced apostasy, by the so-called Vatican Council and John XXIII, was well known to be accepted by the greatest part of the clergy and the faithful of the Roman Catholic Church. Shortly afterwards the Freundeskreis e.V. (circle of Friends) of UNA VOCE - Group Maria was founded to support the UNA VOCE, and this Group is publishing now, for approximately three years, the monthly periodical "EINSICHT". This UNA VOCE Group Maria means by its name, that its members and friends - by their whole way of life - want to try to belong among those, who stood, with Mary under the Cross of Christ.
THEOLOGICAL SELF-COMPREHENSION. Our aim is very easy to understand. We are and do not want to be anything but Catholic Christians. As such, the revealed Will of God is simply binding for us. As God has become man in Jesus Christ for our salvation, so only that person can be a Christian, who, accepts the Will of Christ and does his best to fulfil it.
God has created man to unite Himself in love with him. Because man refused this love and sinned by his own fault, he lost the qualification to be saved in the union of love with God. But in His immense goddness God has taken the sin of man upon Himself, He expiated it and made it possible for us human beings to receive a new moral spiritual birth, by which is understood that we accept humbly the redemption of our sin by a free-willing inward change, and start a new, a union of love with God, i.e. to become His with soul and body.
The main difference between Christendom and the other religions of revelation consists in that, according to its knowledge, God enters with us in a complete personal union of love. Due to our sin, through the bestowing of the grace of His Sacrifice on the Cross, it was possible again to attain to this union. This grace is undeserved, therefore a free gift of the tremendous love of God. It stands to reason that this gift of grace can only be received in the spirit, as the Giver will let us receive it.
It is the Will of Christ, that we unite our very small moral will and acts with His by our sacrifice, take part in His most holy Sacrifice of Expiation, attain by it forgiveness of our sins and unite ourselves to Him completely with life and soul. To make this possible the Lord has not wanted to die only once in time for His Own and to unite Himself to them in holy Communion, but for all times. Therefore He offered His holy Sacrifice in an unbloody way on the eve of His death and celebrated the Last Supper with His Apostles, whom, by this, He ordained priests and to whom He gave the order and apostolic authority to renew this holy Sacrifice continously, to forgive sins and to give out Holy Communion.
The main difference between the Catholic Church and the other christian denominations is that she is an authorised Institution founded by Christ and in His priests, which administers His holy sacraments according to His Will, introduces into His Truth and sanctifies itself in His Name. He has promised this Institution - if faithful - His divine assistance, which prevent its extinction until the hour of judgement. According to its nature, this extinction could never be a physical - one only but would be a spiritual - one. One cannot forget Christ without being guilty.
Holy Communion is necessary for the supernatural life of a Christian. (John 6,53) Jesus has ordered His Apostles to celebrate the holy Consecration, by which He Himself is always a new corporally present for us, in exactly the same way as He has celebrated it at the holy Last Supper. "Do this ... in memory of Me" (Memoria - real presence)! By this the priest is bound to the form in which alone the Lord will renew the presence in His Body. The whole Catholic Church has therefore at the Council of Florence defined the dogmatic fact, that the form of this Sacrament consists in those words, pronounced by the Lord when He instituted the Sacrament. The priest consummates this Sacrament by pronouncing them in the place of Christ. By the power of these words the substance of the bread is changed into the Body of Christ and the substance of the wine into His Blood." (Denzinger-Schönmetzler 1321) The same Council of the entire Church has defined the words of Consecration for the Consecration of the wine as follows: "This is the Chalice of My Blood, of the old and new Covenant - the Mystery of faith - which has been shed for you and for many, unto the forgiveness of sins." (ibd. 1351) Above this the Council of Trent has confirmed dogmatically in the sense of the defined faith of the whole Catholic Church that the words of Consecration, of which we are reminded of by the holy Gospels, are to be used in their proper and very clear sense, as the holy Fathers have always understood them. It should be an abomination to misrepresent those words contrary to the ordinary sense as the Church has understood them - an abomination to be abhorred as satanic, a falsification devised by wicked people. (ibid. 1637)
REJECTION OF THE NEW MASS. Paul VI and nearly all bishops of the Roman Catholic Church are guilty of this satanical falsification. They have introduced a so-called New Order of the Mass; in which official text the words for the Consecration of the wine are in the vernacular: ... "my blood, which has been shed for you and for all ..." These, words are not anymore the words that the Lord used when He instituted this Sacrament. The Hebraic, Greek and Latin differentiate clearly enough the designation between the words "many" and "all". The Tradition of the Church, the holy Gospels and St. Paul refer to the words of Consecration only with the linguistic expression meaning "many". This expression has always - it can be proved - been understood only that way, through the whole Tradition, (apart from very few exceptions). This replacement contrary to this clear testimony by the expression meaning "all" presents therefore a clear divergence from the alone valid form of the Consecration.
As this falsification was promulgated by Paul VI and practised by him and nearly all Roman Catholic bishops, there must be a sense and an intention behind this change. The sense consists in that Paul VI and the bishops, who have become apostatic with him, put man and the community of mankind above God. Therefore the salvation serves man, i.e. all men; to all, their sins will be forgiven. They are not bound anymore to the acceptance of the Sacrifice of expiation of Christ and to the graces bestowed through it under certain conditions by the Saviour. The Sacrifice is eliminated. Therefore the words of Consecration are only rememorised in the "New Mass", the combined Sacrifice of the faithful and the priests falls away, and the whole celebration gets only the character of a meal. Therefore the so-called "Church" puts herself above the Will of Christ and defines in a sovereign way what He has said, when He carried out the Holy Consecration. Therefore the truth of Christ is given up and is replaced by a religion of man, in adaptation ("aggiornamento") to the world and its master. The moral law is given up by and by, the administration of the Sacraments is reduced as unnoticeable as possible, the entrance into the Church is given to anti-christian practices.
THE HERESY OF THE POPE AND THE BISHOPS. In religion man is preoccupied with the last things of his life. God's claims and orders must be unmistakable and unchangeable identic in themselves. Only a fool can believe that someone, who is in possession of his reason, can find himself attached to a church, which has falsified the most Holy she had to keep, which means those words of Consecration which bring about the presence of the Lord. Only a fool can believe, that God, the eternal Truth, can be present in the form of a falsification. The person who falsifies holy Gospel is, according to Holy Scripture, double Anathema (Gal. 1,8,9). Every apostate is excommunicated by his apostasy. This applies also to the Pope, who has to be considered excommunicated in case of heresy. Paul VI and nearly all bishops of the institution that is to-day called the Roman Catholic Church, are dead members of the Body of Christ. They have cut the arteries of the dying Saviour and separated the people of God from the life-giving strength of His sacrificial Blood.
"If there is no God and no eternal life, then there is no moral law or prohibition, and then everything is permitted," so the words of Dostojewskij. Without the helping grace of God man loses his morality and destructs himself. The will for justice and for love does not come naturally to man. With the disappearance of the Sun of Christ the good will in mankind will give way to an icy cold atrocity.
It is this development that stands the Group of Mary. We affirme the truth; we believe in God, Who has become Man in Christ as the incarnate Truth. We strive - with His help to persevere on the rock of this Truth until the end and to live and die in this Truth. To live, meaning not to preserve but to grow and to ripen until the day of the divine harvest.
